I have held leadership roles in educational, non-profit, and health-care organizations that have shaped my approach to engaging teams and developing others so they may reach their greatest potential.
I thrive on creating transformative experiences for my clients. My unique ability is rooted in over a decade of experience leading wilderness-based, adventure leadership, and therapeutic programs where I have helped my clients identify goals, build awareness, and reach "peaks" that were not thought possible. My experiential learning approach is directly transferable to the boardrooms, conference rooms, and virtual environments that we work in today.

I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, and have called Milwaukee, Wisconsin home for over 15 years. My wife, Aimee, and two incredible daughters inspire and remind me of the importance of the shadow that I cast every day.
